| Our Services Temporary Employees Rely on Office Professionals to replace a vacationing employee, an employee on maternity leave, or to supplement your staff during a peak work season. Temporary employees are contracted through OPH to assist your company for any desired amount of time. We are ready at a moment's notice with skilled, dependable employees. Temporary-to-Permanent Employees Our temporary-to-permanent program is the method of choice for smart businesses in the market for a permanent staff member. This option allows for risk-free hiring, with rates that are flexible and reasonable. At the end of the trial period, the employee that has performed satisfactorily moves from our payroll to yours. Permanent Placement We recruit and screen applicants for you to interview and select for your company. Upon your decision, we will simply invoice you a one-time fee for the employee contract. If at any time during the first 30 days the employee does not prove to be satisfactory, we will replace the employee at no additional cost. Payrolling/Leasing You have found the right employee(s), but you are hesitant or not able to hire them immediately. Send them to us, and we can payroll them as our employee until you are ready or able to hire them as your employee. We are able to charge a fraction of the normal cost as there is not a recruiting process required. |
