Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: West Ashley SC

Pay: $21 per hour

Shift: 1st shift 8:30am-5:30pm

Responsibilities

Process all accounts payable invoices
Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording invoice data
Prepare invoices, bills, and bank deposit documentation
Reconcile AP records to ensure all invoices and payments are accurately posted
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies or vendor billing issues
Generate AP-related financial reports as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk (or similar AP/AR role)
Strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and AP principles
High level of proficiency in posting invoices
Experience in the automotive industry strongly preferred
Excellent data entry skills and strong numerical accuracy
Ability to manage high volumes of transactions with precision
