Service Dispatcher

Location: Charleston SC

Pay: $19-$20 per hr

Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

Dispatch service technicians to customer locations promptly and efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate service calls to meet customer requirements and technician availability.
Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on service appointments.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician schedules, and customer interactions.
Assist in resolving any scheduling or service-related issues as they arise.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining professional and friendly communication at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a service dispatcher or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to dispatch operations.
Polished and professional demeanor, as you will be the primary point of contact for our customers.
