We are seeking a skilled Wall Art & Décor Installer to install artwork and decorative wall pieces in residential and commercial environments. This role requires strong measuring and layout skills, safe tool use, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate delivers clean, secure, design-accurate installs and represents the company professionally on-site.
Key Responsibilities

Install wall art and décor including paintings, mirrors, framed pieces, shelving décor, and similar items in homes and businesses.

Review work orders and design specifications to confirm placement, height, spacing, and alignment requirements.

Measure, mark, and layout installations accurately using tape measures, levels, laser levels, and other standard tools.

Select appropriate mounting hardware based on wall type and item weight (drywall, plaster, brick, concrete, tile, etc.).

Use hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, anchors, stud finders) safely and effectively.

Verify final placement is level, centered, secure, and visually aligned with client expectations and design plans.

Maintain a clean work area during and after installation; remove debris and packaging as required.

Provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly with clients on-site, and address concerns professionally.

Drive to job sites as scheduled and transport tools/materials safely.
Work Environment
Work is performed at customer locations (residential and commercial). Installations may require ladder use, working in tight spaces, and occasional exposure to dust from drilling.
