Shirley Wunsch brings more than 15 years of experience in administrative operations, facilities management, and customer service across both the United States and Brazil. She has successfully managed large scale administrative operations for global organizations, overseeing vendor relationships, facilities, budgets, contract administration, and process improvements while maintaining a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and exceptional service.
Before joining Hammes Staffing, Shirley held leadership roles with Hyundai Motor Brazil and Leão Food and Beverage, where she managed multi-site facilities operations, coordinated major construction and expansion projects, standardized operational procedures, and developed cost-saving initiatives. Since relocating to Charleston in 2015, she has continued serving the community through her own business and most recently worked with the Charleston County School District, helping assess and support the academic readiness of young students.
Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Shirley enjoys building strong relationships with clients, candidates, and coworkers from diverse backgrounds. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service make her a valuable member of the Hammes Staffing team.
