The Role

  • Loads and unloads incoming and outgoing shipments manually or with non-powered equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
  • Assists with order picking, sorting, staging, and palletizing materials for distribution.
  • Builds pallets and prepares outbound shipments for transportation.
  • Assembles shipping containers and prepares materials for transport as required.
  • Maintains organized work areas and ensures products are stored safely and accurately.
  • Operates warehouse support equipment such as freight elevators and basic packaging equipment.
  • Assists with inventory counts and general warehouse housekeeping.
  • Performs other operational duties as assigned to support workflow demands.
