Key Responsibilities:

As our Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Financial Wizardry: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  2. QuickBooks Mastery: Utilize your expertise in QuickBooks to ensure seamless financial transactions and reporting.
  3. Budgetary Brilliance: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning, working closely with the management team to ensure financial goals are met.
  4. Administrative Excellence: Oversee general office operations, including but not limited to supply management, mail distribution, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering teams to ensure accurate project costing and financial insights.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience as an Office Bookkeeper, with a strong emphasis on financial management.
  • Proficiency in invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.

Location: Ladson SC Pay: $17.43 per hour. Shift: 7:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday. Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
  • Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software.

Location: Summerville, Ladson, N. Charleston

Pay: Starting at $17.50 per hour

Shift: 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm; 7:00am-3:30pm; 8am-4:30p

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Moving goods around the warehouses
  • Loading and unloading deliveries from trucks
  • Stack boxes for storage throughout a warehouse
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience operating a clamp lift
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently



Location: N Charleston, Ladson, Daniel Island

Pay: $15 per hour

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday. Overtime required when the workload is high.

Requirements:

Duties include but are not limited to picking and packing, loading/unloading, banding and wrapping pallets, warehouse organization, and relabeling.

Responsibilities:

  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately
  • Organize stocks and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check, verify, and fill customer invoices
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

Shift: 1st shift.

Location: Ladson SC Pay: $20 per hour. Shift: 6am-3:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 6am-10am Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Use hand and power tools to assemble parts and subassemblies.
  • Read and understand production order documentation and product drawings.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot components, updating product assembly records as needed.
  • Move finished goods for testing and packing.
  • Participate in cross-training activities and adhere to safety measures and company policies.

Position Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 to 3 years of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Flexibility and a desire to learn and grow in the role.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Job Description:

  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on servicing AAWC products.

Pay: $17-$19 per hour

Shift: 1st shift 7am-4pm

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Process shipments for delivery via various carrier programs
  • Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
  • Reviewing a manifest to ensure proper counts
  • Assist customers with shipping inquiries
  • You have to have the skills to pay the bills working with SAP and various WMS
  • Forklift experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis

Location: Mt Pleasant SC

Pay: $18 per hour

Shift: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
