Pay: $19-$21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
  • Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in QuickBooks and knowledgeable in GAAP.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday. 7am-3:30pm.

Requirements:

Pay: $18-20 per hour

Shift: 1st shift 8am-5pm

Job Duties:

  • Support daily office operations.
  • Assist clients and visitors with a friendly attitude.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Help prepare documents and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings and events.
  • Manage office supplies and orders.
  • Provide administrative support to management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in office administration preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Location: N Charleston

Pay: $95,000-$100,000 salary a year.

Shift: 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns while providing regular project updates.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and company policies, delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues or delays that may impact project timelines or costs.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of prior experience in commercial construction, demonstrating a solid track record of successful project management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in project management software.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are a plus but not required.

Pay: $75,000-$80,000 a year DOE

Shift: 1st

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, design, and execution of geotechnical engineering projects.
  • Conduct field investigations and site assessments.
  • Perform soil and material testing and analysis.
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Valid E.I.T. (Engineer-in-Training) certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, etc.).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: $18-$19 per hour

Shift: 1st shift

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Moving goods around the warehouses
  • Loading and unloading deliveries from trucks
  • Stack boxes for storage throughout a warehouse
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience operating a clamp lift
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently

Pay: $85,000-$115,000 per year DOE

Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct geotechnical investigations and site assessments
  • Perform soil and rock analysis to determine the engineering properties and suitability for construction projects
  • Design and oversee foundation systems, retaining walls, and other geotechnical structures
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide geotechnical recommendations and solutions
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and technical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Provide on-site support during construction phases to address geotechnical concerns
  • Utilize geotechnical software and tools to analyze data and develop designs

Requirements:

  • P.E. (Professional Engineer) or E.I.T. (Engineer in Training) certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and practices
  • Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., Slope/W, PLAXIS, GeoStudio)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites

Pay: $22-25 per hour

Shift: 1st

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Lock Services: Perform repairs, replacements, and installations for various lock systems.
  • Key Creation: Duplicate and create high-security and specialty keys with precision.
  • Customer Relations: Provide outstanding service and build strong relationships with clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experienced Professional: Proven track record in locksmithing with high customer satisfaction.
  • Certified Skills: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a valid South Carolina locksmith certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused approach.

Location: Summerville, Ladson, N Charleston, and Daniel Island.

Pay: $15-$18 per hour

Shift: 1st shift.

Duties include but are not limited to picking and packing, loading/unloading, banding and wrapping pallets, warehouse organization, and relabeling.

Responsibilities:

  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately
  • Organize stocks and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check, verify, and fill customer invoices
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

Pay: $18-20 per hour
