Qualifications:

  • Administrative experience on an executive support level and a bachelors degree are highly preferred
  • Knowledge of various electronic document storage software

Key Responsibilities:

As our Office Manager/Bookkeeper, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Financial Wizardry: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  2. QuickBooks Mastery: Utilize your expertise in QuickBooks to ensure seamless financial transactions and reporting.
  3. Budgetary Brilliance: Assist in budget preparation and financial planning, working closely with the management team to ensure financial goals are met.

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Moving goods around the warehouses
  • Loading and unloading deliveries from trucks
  • Stack boxes for storage throughout a warehouse
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience operating a clamp lift
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently

Pay: $85,000-$115,000 per year DOE

Shift: 1st shift

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct geotechnical investigations and site assessments
  • Perform soil and rock analysis to determine the engineering properties and suitability for construction projects
  • Design and oversee foundation systems, retaining walls, and other geotechnical structures
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide geotechnical recommendations and solutions
  • Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and technical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Provide on-site support during construction phases to address geotechnical concerns
  • Utilize geotechnical software and tools to analyze data and develop designs

Requirements:

  • P.E. (Professional Engineer) or E.I.T. (Engineer in Training) certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and practices
  • Proficiency in geotechnical software (e.g., Slope/W, PLAXIS, GeoStudio)

Pay: $15-$18 per hour

Shift: 1st shift.

Duties include but are not limited to picking and packing, loading/unloading, banding and wrapping pallets, warehouse organization, and relabeling.

Responsibilities:

  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately
  • Organize stocks and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check, verify, and fill customer invoices
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

Pay: $18 per hour

Shift: 1st

Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced locksmiths in installing, repairing, and servicing locks and security systems.
  • Learn and apply techniques for key cutting, re-keying locks, and duplicating keys.
  • Provide support during emergency lockout situations, gaining practical experience in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in locksmithing, key making, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of locksmith tools and techniques is advantageous.

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.
