Job description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple bookkeeping tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role is essential to keeping the organization’s finances and office operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and process invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
  • Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
  • Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for leadership review
  • Support year-end closing procedures and collaborate with external accountants for tax preparation
  • Track and maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
Administrative Support & Recordkeeping:
  • Maintain organized digital and paper financial records
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls
  • Support general office administrative tasks as needed
