We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who brings excellent customer service skills and commercial insurance experience. If you’re professional, organized, and eager to support both clients and agents, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver friendly, timely assistance to clients in-person, by phone, and email
Professionally manage incoming calls and route them efficiently
Maintain and update client files, policy documents, and databases with accuracy
Handle data entry, scanning, filing, and general office administration
Schedule appointments and follow up on client requests or paperwork
Support agents with insurance document prep, policy updates, and renewals
Monitor office supplies and help keep administrative systems running smoothly
Take initiative and assist with additional tasks as needed
